Unable to validate Windows XP Pro SP3

To properly analyse and solve problems with Activation and Validation, we need to see a full copy of the report produced by the MGADiag tool (download and save to desktop -

Once saved, run the tool.
Click on the Continue button, which will produce the report.
To copy the report to your response, click on the Copy button in the tool (ignore any error messages at this point), and then paste (using either r-click/Paste, or Ctrl+V ) into your response.

MSE does NOT cause this problem - although it may highlight it, as it gives 30 days to correct the problem if already installed before it refuses to work any more, on the assumption that you don't acre that your system is possibly counterfeit, so you won't
mind being infected either

Yep - everything looks OK from what I can see.

This type of thing - a temporary display of non-genuine status - can be caused by a 'race condition' where a file is beige accessed by more than one application at a time - and neither can gain sufficient control of the file to actually do what's required,
and then release it for the other.
If one of the competing applications happens to be WGA, then it will release the file - but flag the system as non-genuine at least until the system is rebooted, or the next round of checks.

I had purcesed Windows XP Professional SP2 by internet on 24.06.2008, with a rescue CD with the software .
It was activated and validated, every time, I installed "fresh" OS on my PC, when I had some "crash" problems.
Today I have on my screen a message " This copy of Windows is not activated. In order to be properly licensed, this copy of Windows must be activated ." When I trie to activate, the message is
" Choose your version of Windows 7 " for country Romania / language English .
I don't want a Windows 7 Professional OS on my PC : too old for version 7.
Is this a normal fenomena? What I have to do for a normal situation, without attension windows for activation?
I don't know what it was .... , but after several shuts down and restarts, I finaly could run the "Activation protocol" , with "recollecting" registration data.
I think my " Microsoft Security Essentials " had something to do with it, because, this program anounce me, about the necessity of authenticated Windows and buy a version 7 (not good for my PC), from the Romanian product site ?!! The program's "real
time" vigilance, was desabled, and I have a Bitdefender Intenet solution.
